I broke my car key and had them make a copy, but the first copy didn't work. They made another one and it didn't work either, then they didn't want to make it again and said they would adjust it. It took about 40 minutes to adjust and the appearance was horrible because they filed it too much, it got a bit stuck and the teeth of the key didn't match the original, and the locksmith said it didn't matter because the important part is the tip of the car key. Then I went to another locksmith to make another copy of the key and he made a copy of the broken original key and it fit perfectly without needing any adjustments.
